Brief introduction of polyimide film
The preparation method of the film is that: the polyamic acid solution is cast into a film, and after the stretching, the film is imidized at a high temperature. The film is yellow and transparent, a prominent high temperature, radiation resistance, chemical resistance and electrical insulation properties, long-term use in the air 280℃ or so.
Chemical properties of polyimide membrane
Polyimide film is high temperature resistant, chemically stable, fire retarding. Typical polyimides are anti-chemical solvents such as hydrocarbons, esters, ethers, alcohols and chlorofluoroalkanes. They are also resistant to weak acids but are not recommended for use in more concentrated alkaline and inorganic acids environments.
Packaging marking, storage and transportation
1. packing in rolls with plastic package outside, then put into carton.
2. carton will be marked with product name, specification, quantity information
3. film should be stored in a dry and clean room.
4. during storage and transportation, dampness and mechanical damage should be avoided.
